Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality and reliable junk removal services throughout Texas. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued, how they are processed, and under what conditions they are applicable.

 

1. Service Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Service Was Not Performed: If we are unable to perform the scheduled service due to an error on our part and no work was done, you are entitled to a full refund.

  • Partial Service Provided: If only part of the service was completed due to unforeseen circumstances, and you're dissatisfied, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the amount of work completed.

  • Billing Errors: If you were accidentally overcharged or billed incorrectly, we will correct the charge and issue a refund for the overpaid amount.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You cancel the service less than 24 hours before your appointment without rescheduling.

  • You are unavailable during the scheduled window, and the crew is unable to access the items to be removed.

  • The items to be removed do not match what was quoted, and you decline the adjusted price on-site.

  • You are unsatisfied with pricing after the service has been fully completed, but the job was performed as agreed.

3. Deposits and Cancellation

  • No upfront deposit is required for standard residential jobs.

  • If you place a custom or large-volume order (such as estate cleanouts or commercial jobs), a deposit of $200 may be required.

    • Deposits are refundable if canceled at least 48 hours in advance.

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 5 business days of your service date. Provide the following:

  • Name on the booking

  • Date and location of the service

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Any supporting details (photos, invoices, communication logs, etc.)

5. Refund Processing

Once your request is reviewed:

  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • We’ll notify you once your refund is processed

6. Disputes and Questions

If a dispute arises, we will make every effort to resolve it quickly and fairly. If you are still unsatisfied, you may escalate the issue by contacting the Texas Attorney General’s Office for consumer complaints.
