Washington Junk Removal offers junk removal and related services in Texas. Specific services may vary by location and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, particularly in cases involving hazardous or prohibited materials.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All quotes and estimates provided—whether online, over the phone, or in person—are non-binding until confirmed by a site visit. Final pricing may vary based on actual load size, weight, accessibility, or item types.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, credit card, checks (commercial business only), Zelle, Cash App, and Stripe payments.

3. Booking and Cancellations

Appointments can be made online, via phone, or email. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment) may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By booking our services, you agree to:

  • Provide clear access to the items for removal

  • Confirm that you have the authority to dispose of the items

  • Disclose any hazardous materials or biohazards in advance

We are not responsible for damages to items not intended for removal, unless caused by negligence.

5. Prohibited Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, we do not remove:

  • Hazardous waste or chemicals

  • Paint, oil, or flammable liquids (unless pre-approved)

  • Asbestos-containing materials

  • Biohazard materials

  • Explosives or firearms
